4C Health Solutions is pleased to announce the internal promotions of Eric Montagne to CTO and Thomas Wudarski to COO which consolidates executives into our Wilmington office.
Eric Montagne has been with 4C for a year and has been instrumental in advancing 4C technology strategy as well as hardening security and operational risk practices and increasing overall development productivity. Eric has a deep 25-year track record of helping Global Financial Services and Healthcare firms as well as Tech startups meet evolving business and client needs and will continue to advance 4C’s platform strategy to support advanced analytics to stay ahead of a rapidly evolving and convoluted healthcare payment ecosystem.
Thomas Wudarski joined 4C in 2020 bringing nearly 20 years of leadership experience in Medical Devices and Healthcare Analytics across multiple operational disciplines including sales, client services, implementations, analytics, and production support. Complimenting his experience, Thomas holds certifications spanning six sigma and agile methodologies through project management. He attended the University of Pennsylvania as an undergraduate prior to attaining an MBA and JD from Temple University. In his new role, Thomas will continue to lead the company’s ongoing operational growth and oversee the successful delivery of its industry-defining approach and analytics.
