4C Digital Health Provides Solutions to State of Florida

The State of Florida released an RFP desiring post payment claims review audit services. 4C Digital Health is excited to announce that they were awarded the contract in December 2021 to deliver a suite of 4C solutions to better serve their great citizens. Florida chose 4C to provide independent oversight of their healthcare expenditures. 4C is known for using powerful analytical tools for actionable solutions to all self-funded plan’s obstacles. The contract was finalized in January 2022.

This 3-year contract with the State of Florida is for post payment claims review audit services, including but not limited to the discovery and recovery of overpaid medical claims. 4C will be conducting a post payment claims review audit of the State Employees’ PPO and HMO plans established pursuant to s. 110.123, Florida Statutes.
