Appointment of Meredith Karney as SVP of Brokers, Consultants, & Corporate Development.

December 1, 2025 — 4C Digital Health, a leader in data-driven fiduciary and cost management solutions for health plan sponsors, today announced the appointment of Meredith Kearney, MHA, MS, RD, as its new Senior Vice President of Brokers, Consultants & Corporate Development.

Meredith joins 4C Digital Health following a career built at the intersection of healthcare delivery, finance, and reform, bringing over 15 years of experience spanning clinical, academic, and commercial sectors. At 4C Digital Health, she will focus on partnering with advisors and employer clients to embed transparency, accountability, and measurable value into healthcare spending. She will specifically work to strengthen fiduciary oversight and help brokers and consultants evolve their advisory models for future, sustainable business growth.

Meredith began her career in clinical nutrition at Emory Healthcare, where she cared for critically ill patients. Witnessing how misaligned financial incentives prevented people from achieving optimal health motivated her to focus on fixing systemic barriers. She went on to hold leadership and strategic roles at the Medical University of South Carolina, Harvard Business School, and the Center for Medical Interoperability, where she advanced national initiatives in value-based care, transparency, and data interoperability.

Most recently, Meredith led enterprise growth and strategy at Premise Health, the nation’s largest direct-to-employer healthcare provider, helping Fortune 100 employers modernize their care delivery models and realize ROI through advanced primary care. She holds a Master of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Master of Science in Health Sciences and Nutrition from Georgia State University.
